So very proud of all the boys at the Erie Shores all breed shows held June 3 - 5, 2022.
Starting with Friday, June 3 and the Leonberger Club of Canada Booster, Trek, AKC Ch/UKC Ch Norlil Journey Into The Sunset, CGCU was awarded Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a 4 point major under judge Mr. Paul Stanton from Sweden.
On Saturday, June 4, we had the privilege to see our Ryder, Quen Star Sagitta Star Odyssey Orion for Norlil, take his 12 - 15 month dog class in Sweeps and was awarded Best of Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes much to the dismay of his co-owner, handler C.J. Johnson. As it was their first time in the ring together, both did an outstanding job under Dr. Alison Gowan, DVM.
At the Leonberger Club of Canada National Specialty held on Saturday, June 4 judged by Ms. Carrie Paine, Australia, Trek took Reserve Winners Dog from a significant entry of very nice boys.
On Sunday, June 5 at the Leonberger Club of Ontario Regional Specialty, Larry, Orovale's In It To Win It, HIC, CGN was Best Canadian Bred Dog and Trek took first in the Open Dog Class. Judging the Specialty was Mr. Rony Doedijns from the Netherlands.
Trek is owned and was presented by Karen Minardo, Sunset Leonbergers. Ryder is co-owned by myself and C.J. Johnson. Larry is co-owned by myself and Kyle & Lauren Brownell.
